How Is This Blend Studied?
This blend pairs a GHRH analog with a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist. CJC-1295 (no DAC), also called modified GRF(1-29), carries four amino acid substitutions that resist DPP-IV degradation. Ipamorelin is studied as a selective GHS-receptor agonist. Together they are used in preclinical models of complementary GHRH-receptor and ghrelin-receptor signaling and pulsatile GH secretion.
